I know that I have a haste enabler in my deck and that with that I could go infinite, allthough I am not ever going to use that combo, since ] is really for when I brought out a bunch of creatures and want them to swing in the same turn. Keeping ] to untap Selvala, but omitting ] to avoid going infiite.Keeping ] to bounce and recast some threats, but ommiting ].Since some part of typical combos are still useful in Selvala I did the following: This is of course everyone's own looking glass so here some explanations to the inclusions and exclusions I have made.įirst of all, here is the list: Selvala No Brostorm I want to pilot a deck that is still strong and threatening, but "wins fair". In some pods it happenend while everyone was setting up mana rocks and ramp, while on high power tables it was mostly flying under the radar and finding an opening to go infinite safely. My local meta is all over the place, but my budget Brostorm often seemed like counting to X mana, dropping one card and good game. I tried build a Stompy take on Selvala, still dropping a lot of threatening big creatures on board but winning by simply attacking and trampling over and not with bouncy combos. ] has been my favorite commander since it released and as much as I enjoy piloting her I often find myself not happy with the brostorm route nor with hydras.
